From what i've seen out of Clay over the past couple games is they have a very Solid D and it'll take more than one player to beat them. The offense is trying to fine tune things I know Clay is just now getting some a couple offensive players back from injury, I look for them to keep improving. Its just a matter of time until this offense has a breakout night.

You obviously have not seen Clay play. There is no way that North can put up 34 points on Clays defense. If nothing else look at their scores against common opponents in South and Knox.

Clay won both games handily while North struggled with both. I also have to question North when they could only manage 7 points against South. They have scored a total of 15 points in their last 2 games.

The Tiger defence is going to shut North down Friday Night. Dont look for more than maybe 7 points against the Clay starting defence. Look for the Clay offence to really put up some numbers in this game. Clay is looking to win this District. Everybody better look out for the Tigers.

Clay is going into hostile territory for the first time this season to open up district play. North has improved but Clay has soundly beaten them the last 2-3 years. Nothing should change and the Tigers win 20-8.

Clay by 12. The defense is stout enought to slow Wardrup and the three headed Dragon of Miller, Hooker, and Reid will cut loose for the needed scores.

nobody in the district will hang 48 on clay county Scott county couldn't do it so I highly doubt NL can. This is not the old offense only Clay teams of the past. This is the knock you around defense of the future.

While Clay has made huge steps defensively, they are still a work in progress. The teams they have shut down are not gifted offensively at all. South, Lynn Camp and Knox are all very young on that side of the ball.What has made Clay better is 1) the young sophs got alot of experience last season 2)healthy, they had 6-8 defensive players out much of last season 3)physical, they are stronger which includes point 1-2. Coach Arnett just could not impliment his system like he wanted because of time restraints of his hiring and injuries.
North will not score much on Clay either. Clays 3 very good backs will control this game.

Should be a good match-up. Could get sloppy with rain in the area. I'll take Clay by a TD or less.
