It's Powell Valley, not Powell County.

PV typically has a very athletic team full of speed. They are a traditional run first team. They haven't done so great over the past few years in Virginia, but their speed will give the Black Bears fits. Should be a good game, but I'll give Harlan County the advantage by a touchdown being home and all.

Harlan Co. is (2-1) they also beat Lee co. VA by about the same amount.

Actually it is Lee High not Lee Co. Lee High is one of two schools in Lee County. Powell Valley runs the spread with Pinkston as the key back. Huff runs the offense from the regular offensive set. Has a good arm, and love to hit Baker (12). With what Harlan did to Lee High Powell Valley should be a good game but Harlan should dominate the line.

it is true that powell valley isnt where they used to be.....but i believe harlan will lose this one.....like you said....this is powell valley...not powell co. of last year in which they could barely beat
