it should be a great year for the Cats.....hopefully we will get Morris back because he should break out this year.....and Rondo will dominate like he is supposed to....i predict a birth to the final 4

well guys i hope a title is on the horizon but right now i would settle for a trip to the final four. and it is about time Tubby gets there. actually it is past time for him to do so.

Why just settle for a final four appearance? You are still on the losing end of things.....just another game further in the tournament. Go for the championship and settle for nothing less. UK isn't Louisville. UK is a legit top 10 team year in and year out. It's time for them to back the hype up....

hmm well think of this... is it better to get to the final four or not even get close? if we are a legit top ten team then we should have been in the final four at least once in the past 7 years. that much of an absence is unacceptable to me. Final Four or Bust.
but yea a championship every year would be nice but that aint goin to happen so yea i would settle for a FF appearance

Not true. I'm not saying a championship every year, but it's time for UK to prove they are a championship team because Tubby has had the talent to win with and has for the most part but has faltered come tournament time. I think it's time for them to mesh and bring one home. It's been since 1998 and the talent pool has gotten better.

yea thats what i am sayin. it is at least time to get to the Final Four.

UK will do just fine this year. I'll reserve my predictions for a few games into the season. HOWEVER, from the Blue/White game I can tell that Rondo is way more confident. At least Rondo's free throw shooting was looking better for one game. If this trend continues, he can be a real difference maker. I believe being forced to sit him at the end of close games really hurt in some situations. If this shooting keeps up, he can be in control of the ball at the end of close games. Combined with his new confidence, this could be very good.

Should be a fun year. Rondo is gonna be awesome if he stays healthy. Hope someone emerges to be a consistent outside threat. If Morris gets to come back I see good things in March. If he dont I think that we have the big men inside to play on the defensive end but not much of a consistent scoring threat. Who knows thats why we play a game at a time and ride the roller coaster ride to March Madness.
