I have seen estill at the state past few years..... They can't compete... they may do good in 14th weakest region in state.... but can't handle outside of 14th well maybe can handle 15th and 16th.... some teams that is.... my opinion there are alot of old coaches that need to go.. they don't study the game.. they don't know the game.... and they don't want to put the work and time in to do so... Only way fastpitch will improve in eastern ky is to get them out..

oh wow.
shirl beard has to be one of the most dedicated and knowledgable coach that has probably ever stepped onto a softball field...age is no problem for her, she's always up to speed with the way things should happen in fastpitch, especially along-side the assistant coaches, mike travis and teddy dawes. She's always pushing her players as hard as they will go and if anyone gives her any less she either lets them know they better get their act together or sits them out and replaces them no matter how good or bad they are.

oh yeah, and she's been coaching for longer than 8 years.
#11
...and she had made a promise to estill's seniors coming through this year that she wouldn't retire until after they had been through so her plan is to retire after the 2009-2010 season.

theoneandonly you have lost your mind...... with all due respect... I will not start..... With respect to Coach Beard. nice lady... nothing more said but you need to open your eyes..... I have seen Estill play.. When a girl throws a fit on the field and nothing is done... when a girl continues to make errors and nothing is done... I could go on and on but I won't.... if you really want to know the truth just give me a yell. Some eastern Ky coaches need to go... they need to learn the game... Alot of them don't.
#13
They are very knowledgable coaches, they put in hours, night and day, to study other teams and how they need to over come their obstacles...i've seen some very disrespectful comments from you on other posts and don't think that they're needed, considered getting a life maybe?
#14
lol lol ok the.one ... no disrepect to anyone... I guess I should do like everyone else and be nice and sugar coat and not say the truth... ok I am sorry if I disrespect anyone.. no disrespect intended.. just speaking the truth as I see things... There are nice people do they make good coaches ... not always.. I'll leave it at that...Have a nice day no.one I mean the.one....
#15
outsidein you are obstrepreous
#16
Blue..... ok if your going to use big words make sure you spell them correctly... lol lol that's pretty good... how long did it take you to look that word up... do you have a word for the day calender?? lol ok it's obstreperous... but thanks anyways Blue...

Congrats To Scott County for what???

Then you must be asking for all coaches east of Louisville to retire because other than Ryle and occasionally North Laurel no one east of Louisville can compete with the western schools.
