Good schedule for the defending 16th region champs.

The Lady Vikings should be pretty strong once again this upcoming year and probably the 16th region favorite.

Rowan County was definitely a great team last season. Losing two guards may hurt them a little but someone will step up for the three seniors and the team will be at the top of the 16th once again. They have a pretty tough schedule this year with some great teams from downstate as well as the Kentucky Challenge tourney.

Yes, Rowan Co. will once again be at the top of the 16th along with Ashland.
