I look for P-burg to win this tourney with ease. Too much pitching on P-burg's team and there defense is awesome. 4-0 in pool play to win this tournament and a trip to the nationals is my predicition.

Another CLASSIC comment from little E ! Same poster who slammed Adams for playing a weak schedule in basketball. I do think you guy's have a chance to win it, evidently you don't. What were the scores in the other games. Who else is in the tourney, is Ashland in it??

Whatever !!!! I would venture to say you already know Ashland is in it and that you probably know how strong they are. My other guess is you know we play them tonight and are just hoping to be able to get on here and poke fun at these girls on Monday. We will show up today and give it all we have. I PROMISE !

For anybody that is interested Marion County defeated Louisville Valley Sports 4-3 and South London beat Paintsville 17-3

I no nothing about any of these teams, my boy plays in Richmond today and we got beat by a very good Valley Sports team last night. Not everyone is against you canoeman. I would like to see P-ville win the tourney but if not them I am rotting for you.

Ashland American looks like they may have the pitching to win the State. The first game beat Prestonsburg 10 -0 on no-hit 12 strikeout performance by Megan Hensley and then 10-0 no hit performance by McKenzie Vanover in a 10-0 win over Paintsville. Play Valley Sport from Louisville tonight at 8:00

Marion County defeated Prestonsburg tonight.

I left the 2nd game during the 5th inning with Valley Sports up 4-0 on Ashland.

Great game last nite with Valley sports beating Ashland 4-0. Great defense by both teams. Could have been worse but a great over the shoulder grab by McKenzie Vanover at first base & a play at second by Jordan Meade. Valley hit the ball well and deserved to win. Ashland needs to get the bats going if they expect to win the state. Valley pitcher had a great game & thru plenty of strikes.Hopefully these 2 will play again as this was the game of the tournament so far in my opinion.

Ashland's Hensley was a really good pitcher, I just think that she should mix in her off-speed pitch more. Valley Sports got her timing down and started hitting her in the 4th inning.

If she would mix in some off-speed pitches then I don't see many girls even getting on base.
