who are some of the teams that not necessarily made a deep run in the playoffs but which teams shook up the district and the seeding for the playoffs with an upset???

Prestonsburg in 2000 was a pretty big cinderella, defeated a very good Breathitt Co. team to win the region.

'85 Paintsville Tigers. Had a losing record going into the Pikeville game. Came back from a large halftime deficit to defeat the Panthers. The Tigers then went on to go to the state finals which they were beat by either one or two touchdowns. Good story regardless.

Whenever we finished 3rd in the district in 2003, I heard a few stories about underdog teams in the playoffs, i wish i could remember some of them but the only one that I remember is Henry Clay I think?? but they went 3-7 in the regular season and ended up winning state. It might not have been Henry Clay but that's who it seems like.
