someone was making the arguement about cumberland outgaining lynn camp. well, allow me to retort.
Lynn Camp was ahead 35-7. at half time. Coach mitchell is not a vindictive coach, or the kind to run th score up on an oppenent. Therefore, pulling starters.
The skins outplayed somerset, plain and simple, and blew the game late.
By the way, sure the skins out produced the cats in yardage, but without scoring, yardage is about as useful as teats on a boar hog:mop:

Same teams. Lc is much bigger faster stronger and way more athletic. I heard lc had 7 college prospects? But if the bunnys r gonna rip the three headed monsters heads off they better get physical instead of watching 26 run past them. Along with the o line he beat u by hiself last season now add two other backs that are almost the same caliber. :flame:Lc by 4 points or greater depends on the starters stats goin into half time.

This will be a big game for the cats and the rabbits. Look for Chaffin to prove his critics wrong and #26 to run over the rabbits O line again. LC 35 Somerset 20

LC has an explosive backfield led by Jimmy Chaffins. IMO will prove to much for the Jumpers.
This will be a huge test for Chaffin. Somerset will be focusing on him and Reynolds heavily since his 300+ yard performance last year. Yardage will be had to come by. Look for sophmore rb Joe Roskoph to have a breakout game. I feel the cats will come out on top, they have too much speed and skill for Somerset.

My boys Chaffin, JC, Reynolds, Rod Smith, Joe, Mills, the Scalf brothers ,and Bray are all great players. What about my boy's on Speacial team. Big # 80 WiLdMaN had a thunderous hit last year, Midget the giant killer Gosusch has 3 forced fumbles on special teams, Sid Wagner has 4 tackles. Tese guys need the credit too.

Just wondering...who from this site will show up on Friday night?
10-17-2005, 08:25 PM
I would love to be able to go to the game..living in Lexington the drive wouldn't be too bad but I think if I go to a game this weekend I am going to head up the Mtn. Parkway to Hazard to watch the Pikeville-Hazard game. Good luck to both teams though and I will be interested in hearing the score on Friday night...it should be a battle with two great teams going at it. I hope Pikeville is playing either one of you guys later on in the regional championship game...Corbin will be a little bit of a shorter drive for me if that happens than Somerset so I am rooting for the Campers...lol. In all seriousness good luck to both teams and may the best team win.

This should be a nice game...I'm taking Lynn Camp.
10-18-2005, 10:37 AM
I heard people say that the Lynn Camp d line was weak and small. They are forgeting the fact that they have a two time all-stater on that line #52 and 4 other d-lineman if not better.

Have I a chance to watch this team play. I think they are a solid team but i believe that are secondary needs to get better a lot. The leslie game Mills and Chaffin got burnt bad alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From what i remember mills played in the flats in the lesile game the way they played him all night that night. So i wouldn't say he got burn't.
10-18-2005, 10:12 PM
Yes i witnessed Mills getting so called burnt i was at this game also but there was no way he got burnt he was pushed out of bounds and triped up by the chain crew and the guy that caught the ball was not even in the flats....So hit man 06 you needa have better resources erved: Maybe these plays wont happen against Somerset hopefully they get some Pressure on that Deaton Kid:ChairHit:

The secondary has improved alot since the leslie game. Mills is one of the leaders on the d-fense. Plus they couldn't breath at leslie the jerseys were to tite.

Even thought the jerseys were tight, you cant blame that beating on the tight jerseys
