Is anyone else sick of hearing about him possibly coming back the NFL? I used to have respect for the guy but now after this soap opera we have had to watch now for three years I can't stand him.

Being a Brett Favre Fanatic i Love It, Its great to hear that a layed back country guy can still play some football, even though being a die hard greenbay packers fan i would love to see favre whip them twice with the vikings,
But reported on espn earlier hes staying retired so all u favre haters can rest easily tonight

I am sick of his flip floping for the last several years. I have a sneaky feeling we haven't heard the last of this story. Favre has to be one of the NFL's biggest drama queen ever.

I've never been a fan of Favre, but i do have a ton of respect for the guy. Anyone that is his age that can still play the game at the level he plays it is amazing. He has played through injuries all throughout his career and been a complete team player. I just dont understand how u can blame him for this, he loves the game so of course he will listen to offers when teams present them. Its not him asking teams if he can come back and play. I dont think it is him that is being a drama queen it is the media that over does it.

I agree with most of your post. If this was the only time this has happen I would give him a break. But how many years has he done stuff like this? He milked the last 5 or 6 years at GB "well I might retire or I might not. Not to mention last year. If he wants to play more power to him I wish him luck he needs to quit all the flip flopping . He knows what he is doing and he loves all the attention . = drama queen.

NFL Live on ESPN for the last three years has been nothing but 30-minute per day Brett Favre discussions.

See on the ESPN his agent is stirring the fire up a little.

I'll admit I'd love to see him come back
he's my favorite player of all-time
but I wish he would do this retiring and unretiring thing with a little more class

Reminds me of Mark Martin in the NASCAR Sprint Cup series...retire or not to retire, that's the 40 million dollar question! And frankly, it's getting old, fast!
