Lynn Camp @ Somerset
#1
This one is going to be a battle. Obviously the winner of this game will win the district and have a shot at hosting Pikeville or Paintsville in the regional 4 class A championship.

Both teams are solid and pretty evenly matched, and I dont want to take anything away from either team. I wish them both the best of luck. However, I give Somerset the slight advantage in this game since its at Somerset.

I don't know enough about these teams to make a logical prediction, but they seem to be close and I like the nickname "Briar Jumpers" so I'm taking Somerset.

SmileSmile Ya, Briar Jumpers.. You know with a nickname like that , they have to be hard nosed.

LC has an explosive backfield led by Jimmy Chaffins. IMO will prove to much for the Jumpers.

i changed my mind LC by a touchdown and the extra point Wink

The secondary played well and defended the deep ball with 2 ints one by chaffin and the other by mills, abner also had one from the linebacker position.

I know whos going to win...the team with the most points at the end of the game.Smile This game should be one for the ages. Both teams will push hard but i think that lynn camp will come out on top. Hey bunnies make good cat food

I got a good feeling about this game for the Jumpers. I think they are the top team in region 4 and one of the top teams in the state. Lynn Camp has yet to play anyone like the Jumpers, and playing at the Briar Patch makes it even tougher on the happy campers. I feel that the Jumpers have three of top players in the region in John Cole, Ray Norman, and Scotty Newell. I feel Lynn Camp doesn't have the talent to matchup with these three. Plus I feel the line has done very well this year to Ross time to pick teams apart. Lynn Camp will come in this game cocky because they won 7 in a row, and beat Somerset in a fluke last season. #26 hasn't had a game like that before, and never will again. I also feel Somerset has too much speed for Lynn Camp. I like my jumpers in a big way.

The one that backs it up on the field and Somerset, has is not cocky. We were able to give Danville all they could handle, were up 3 tds on them, and for the most part out played them. Lynn Camp is a pretty good mt team, but they are not in Danville's league.

This year is pretty much a rematch of last year, Lynn camp only lost 3 seniors from last season, Somerset losing around 5-7 if i'm right. Last year chaffin was injured and reynolds turned in big numbers. Last year was at the brair patch as well. Anyone who was at the game last year: Think the jumpers will have the big floats in each endzone again?
#20
the way i look at it, somerset is not physical enough to stop lynn camp. with people like jimmy chaffin, joe roskopf and josh reynolds on offense and nick scalf anthony walters and scott bray on defense there is no way they will be able to do anything. lynn camps DB'S are also really good and they will light u up. all i got to say is somerset better be ready. i got lynn camp by 12

Sounds like somerset is not either after the way they blew the lead in the 4th.:Hammer3:

I'm Going to take lynn camp in this one, I think that lynn camp will pound the ball at them and with the offensive line that they have and josh reynolds and company they will be to much for the briar jumpers. LYNN CAMP - 36 SOMERSET - 20

This will be a good match up for the Wildcats and the Briar Jumpers, if the cats can come out with their heads on straight and ready to play, we can have the game, if we aren't entirely ready its a no go Briar Jumpers will have it. It's all really a matter of which team is gonna play better because which one wants it more. From what i hear both teams deserve this win, they've both gone so far, but only one team can win so each team has 50/50 chance. Good Luck to each..
#26
Lynn Camp doesn't even have the talent to be on the same field of a Danville, and after my Jumpers have their way with Lynn Camp, you will agree. Be ready because we have a surprise for you. I hope your guys are ready and focus, so there will be NO excuses. After we cut the heads off the so-called three headed moster, everyone will be saying Jimmy who?

If you want to run your mouth thats fine, we don't worry about that. We will go out play the best we can and see what happens.

Apples and oranges JumpersFan, apples and oranges. You're a good mountain team, too. Neither of us are in their leauge right now. Danville won that game. Cumberland gave the Jumpers all they could handle, so, therefore, Cumberland is Danville? We gave Cumberland a whippin', and by your reasoning, we're the better team? Different teams, different nights. That's why they play on fridays.
