Turkey Burger...

Does anyone else eat Turkey Burger? At our house, we eat Turkey Burger instead of the real hamburger since it has a lot less fat. It does taste different but it is also a lot healthier for you.

So, do anyone else eat it or have you tried it?

We like it but I should warn you that it makes you a little more sleepy than usual..I guess its the Tryptophan in it...maybe...

I like it...switched to it for diets sake...Here's a tip:if you are using it for hamburgers---add worcheshire sauce...quite tasty

I agree..it tastes much better with some type of sauce of spices. It goes better in casseroles, chili, tacos,spaghetti, etc...

You shouldn't have to ever worry about doing that Mr. I don't have to work so I'm always on BGR's. LOL :lol:
