Whats the longest feild goals you have seen made in a game or practice? Ive had heard rumors of 55+ yarders in practice. Id like to see that.:confused:

Dustin Wynn of Middlesboro hit a 57 yard fg in 1998 against Harlan. He also hit a 54 yd fg in 97 against Evarts

Aaron Petry from Raceland holds the state record. He hit a 58 yd fg against Berea in 2003.

I have seen both Petry and Wynn, hit 60 yard + in warmups.

The Petry kid definately had a boot, i got to see him at the kentucky vs tennessee all-star game 2 years ago.

Ya i have heard of these wynn and petry both could kick the chrome off a bumper. Ive saw a few kids kick 50 yarders in practice and in warm ups but nothing over that. I just dont know if there are any kickers that has that kind of leg this year.

Taylor Begley from Boyle Co playing against pburg kicked likea 40+yarder and cleared it by 15-20 yards......

southwesterns kicker ryan pruett has hit them from 60 yards out in practice, and a 46 in a game.

I don't know any official numbers but while i was at camp I happened to look over at Dunbar practicing and they had two guys who could absolutely boom the kicks. It looked like the ball was on the 50 when he kicked and both made around 4 out of 5

I thought I heard one of their coaches talking to our coach and he siad one of them was on a full ride to somewhere next year

Yes, I saw that 98.. The jaguars kicker hit a long one yesterday too against the bengals. About 56 yards I think.

yeah, i saw a kid who shall go unnamed for the time kick as sixty yarder in warm ups. i was pretty impressed with his kicking, but that's about it

In Middle School I saw Hunter Crowder Hit a 35 yarder as a eighth grader

i saw jimmy chaffin of lynn camp hit a 55 yarder at practice...he only missed a 60 yarder by a few feet......but he had a boot on......lol

i dont believe for kicker....colleges dont allow kickers to wear a boot.

Joe Blackburn From P-burg last season had a good leg on him.. I'm not sure how far he could kick a field goal but i know it was over 40+

It wasn't in this state but I saw a clip of a high school kid from Minnesota(?) but he kicked one from somewhere around 70 in an actual game. It was #1 on the top 10 on ESPN SportsCenter.
