Annie Garland’s putback gives Montgomery its first lead of the game 28-27 with 5:19 left in third quarter.
Trainers tried to tape up Stafonia Taylor’s injured ankle, but she could not put weight on it. The tape was removed and replaced with a large bag of ice. The guard was carried off the floor at halftime by two Iroquois coaches.

Thanks Stardust. If Iroquois takes state then she is hands down Miss Basketball.

Agreed, she still should get it even if they don't win it.
With one quarter to go, the two teams are knotted up 33-33. Mackenzie Leeâs shot in the lane with 32 seconds to go evened it up.

Either team will be a great contender for the whole tourney but I can't imagine it not being Iroquois. I knew it would be a close game but now I'm getting nervous.

Birdsong is likely to be the POG if Iroquois wins this.
