regional tournament/super districts

could someone explain to me how the regional tournament pairings will work since we have the super districts this year?

What are Super Districts? Is that a combining of Districts?

According to hootie on another thread SV isn't automatic. I read it as SV could lose 2 game then have to win 2 to make to the Region. 1 playin with the 57th and then with the 58th. All I know is this cost a good man at Lazyville a big steak.
