Deming guard Kyle King scored the go-ahead basket and Bishop Brossart missed a shot to send the game into overtime, as Deming defeated the Mustangs 47-45 Friday night in a 10th Region Touchstone Energy All "A" Classic semifinal at Nicholas County.


Junior forward Jacob Rieger led the Mustangs, ranked No. 9 in the Northern Kentucky Enquirer coaches' poll, with 14 points and 12 rebounds.

The loss was the third in the past four games for the Mustangs, who started the season 13-2.
