Villa Madonna 43, Holy Cross 39, "All A" Classic, at Dayton: Chelsea Case led Villa Madonna in the "All A" Classic with 17 points as the Blue Lightning beat Holy Cross for the first time in school history.

Case, a junior forward, also had nine rebounds, five steals and five blocks.

Junior center Amy Kreutzer contributed to the win with 15 points.

DeAsia Beal, an eighth-grader, led Holy Cross with 15 points.

Villa Madonna (10-4) advances in the tournament to face Newport Central Catholic Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at Dayton.
