Pike Central cannot be consistant so far this season but there's still over a month before these two teams meet. It's really early and a lot of matchups for both teams to worry about between now and then. I can't predict yet.

IMO Phelps is the better team,both teams has improved some since they first met. However if it's called like it was last year @ central I'd say central will win by 5 to 10. Worst officiated game I've ever seen.

Why do schools hate losing to Phelps so badly that they make excuses and blame someone else for every loss??? Last year PCC was "sick", this year: Phelps "played with a boy's basketball"... What's next???? It's a game... You win some, you lose some.. The game at PCC last year was very poorly officiated, but if Phelps would have played up to their ability the ref's wouldn't have even been a factor; however, I do admit that the ref's did have an influence on the game, but Phelps should've played through it.
I'm sure that if Phelps beats PCC at PCC this year there will be another story to why they lost.
IMO Phelps will take this one by about the same margin of points as the last game...13 i think?

rallo was not making an excuse was just stating an opinon after one of your Phelps buddies was stating opinion on last seasons game. The facts are go to any one person for any one team if they have been around 15th region basketball for a while and they will tell you Phelps has the biggest home court advatage than anyone else in the 15th region when it comes to officiating. IDK why that is but its true.

There's so many excuses at ballgames anymore it's pityful to watch.....People have taken the fun out of sports....If Phelps wins it's home court adv. If Belfry don't win, boys are still in football mode...If Pike Central don't win, gurls have been down sick.....Can we have 1 (ONE) ballgame that is fair... no kids sick... and not with football still in mine...If you lose suck it up........and if you win mark it up... so I say everybody just get over it and watch the game.......GOSH

You can't fair games in any sport due to the fact that parents always give their children some sort of reason of why they don't win anymore. Instead of telling them the truth and telling them they need to work harder, they would rather say that so and so is sick or the refs beat you. I never had a coach tell me that we got beat by the officials in any shape form or way when I played sports. High time the parents get their heads out of their rearends and quit sugar coating everything for the players.

i play on the team, whether i sit on the bench, or whether i get in, i dont really care. I'm just there 2 support the older girls on my team, because i know if they play hard, then we will do great.

Well, if you're talking Phelps versus PC then PC would win. Now if you're talking Phelp's team then Phelps will win. Phelps starts one girl from there. They always seem to down other schools for playing players from other schools but now that their doin it everything is ok. O well, I say "Phelps" by 10.:thumpsup:
