Buttermilk is a beast, son!
#8
Ill say Klay Maggard because he also has strength to go along with his size...then comes justin jones
#9
buttermilk of kcc is a good defensive big man.. he has the most strength of n/e one in the 14th region.... i haven't seen n/e one be able to back him down.. but on the other hand he can disappear on the offensive end.. not much of a threat to score.... but a rlly good big man to say the least... but the best would probably be maggard of pcc..
#10
Do you really think that GC is that good?
#11
Warren-Hazard
Collins-JBS
Caudill-KCC
Jones-Hazard
I'm tired of hearing about money, money, money, money, money. I just want to play the game, drink Pepsi, wear Reebok -Shaquille O'Neal

Wow.. You would have to be crazy to not have Maggard on the top of your list.

Pelfry for Lee County has improved a lot since last year.
#14
Brent Hall might not be a "big man" but he plays like one. I'd throw his name in there.
#15
Warren-HHS
Collins of JBS
#16
1.Klay Maggard
2.Michael Campbell-If You Consider Him A Big Man..
3.Justin Jones
4.Garrison Collins-He Can Be A Real Good Player But They Dont Give Him The Ball At All At JBS..
5.Robert Warrern

I agree.
#18
Brent Hall may not be what you would consider a BIG man but he is a great player and surely worth a mention in this catigory.
#19
Maggard is a very solid player.
#20
I would say Brent Hall has had the best year for an inside player. I dont know exactly but I would say he is averaging 20+ pts and 18+ rebounds per game. If someone knows the exact number post them but I bet no one has numbers close to what he has posted.

KHSAA has him of 12-20, 21 pts and 15 rebs per game.

Very impressive. Yet people still rank Garrison Collins above him.

I think Garrison Collins from JBS could have been an outstanding player, had the coach used him right. Buttermilk from KCC is good also for what little experience he has. Brent Hall is also one who gives it his all and does well. Jarrod Amburgey from KCC isn't a heavy weight like the others but I have not seen anyone who can jump like he can, and he gets alot of rebounds. Charlie Banks is a pretty good rebounder too and that other big kid that plays for LCC, I'm sorry I don't know his name, but he has improved alot.
#24
Collins was the highest ranked in the pre season...
#25
Since the coaching change Collins is being used more at JBS. I heard he had 4 dunks in one game this year. He an Hall are a tough tag team.......Collins can be a force on defense and can change a game with defense alone...

I still think that Brent Hall is more valuable than Collins because he works harder and is more of a scoring threat in the paint

Yeah, Garrison, Gets about 10 points, 10+ boards and probably close if not more than 10 blocks a game. He has A huge defensive impact on every game he's in. offensively, yeah maybe Brent is a lil better.
#28
The thing about Garrison is that not only does he block alot of shots but he alters more than he blocks.
#29
Collins gets my vote!
#30
I think Klay Maggard is the best
