From the way JBS has been playing i am shocked??? Congrats Pikeville.
#10
i don't think JBS will be a threat to anyone this year when it matters....

Good Win for Pikeville. I picked Pikeville by 5. Did Howard play for JBS if so how did he do?

Howard did play, but I'm not sure of stats...

Good job by both teams...Showed on Wymt highlights that the game was close throughout. Hopefully someone will provide some stats for the game...

Congrats Panthers! Pikeville should have a good season this year.

Clev had a solid game both ways. According to WYMT he had 29 pts. The faster style that the Panthers are playing this year seems to be a better fit for him. Clark and Burchett also played very well hitting some key threes when needed. Keene and Rowe also played very well. It was good to see Baker in the game. This team is playing well together and look for them to improve throughout the year.

Leading scorers according to www.pikevillebasketball.com
Pikeville-Clevenger 29, Clark 16. Burchett 10
JBS- Hall 19, Collins 10, Howard 14, Childers 12

Sounded like the Howard kid from JBS had a great game especially when Childers got in foul trouble. He is another guard that handles it well that JBS needed badly.

I agree that Howard will be a huge help for JBS. Having 14 points in his first night out without getting to practice with the team this year is a good sign. With 4 guys in double figures it looks like they are passing the ball well...
Good game for Matt with 29 also....

Someones name seems to be missing on those stats? Stepp?
Didn't he score?
#19
Stepp had 6, and Howard had 14 off the bence. Great win for Pikeville...

Extremely proud of this win tonight. Clark hit a lot of big shots while Clevey played a very solid game. Clark played great D all night, and Baker played very well off the bench.
