What's going on with Powell? I thought they were suppose to be better than this. I know it's early in the season but the way everyone one talked is that they were going to be a pretty good ball club.

I also thought that Powell would have won by more. Anyone have stats for McFarland or Barnett?

Also, what were Fields' stats?

powell is struggling early. McFarland is having trouble stayig out of foul trouble. Powell is letting people beat them on D . They are not that good at playing D, that is going to hurt powell this year. Last year the lady pirates gave up alot of points, but they had a combination on lacy( good rebounder/ had a lot of put backs) Rogers and Mcfarland. Now that they have lost they Lacy girl they are having trouble getting put backs. Powell may not have thought that the 2 seniors they lost last year would affect them alot, but both Jones and Lacy were a big part of that team. I hope the pirates can pull through and find there rythmn.
