Has anything been done to this player for his action in hurting another football player by kicking him in the face with the helmet off? The parents should file a lawsuit.

See that is where this world is going to **** in a handbasket. Unless it did serious, irreparable damage what good is a lawsuit going to do? Suspend him from school, make him miss games. There are other ways to punish rather than sue the parents.
My son got sucker punched and got his jaw broken. Should I find out who did it and sue them for all they are worth? Is that going to fix his jaw? Sure he would have some money but money isn't everything.

CHILL out lady......I need to rephrase what I meant. I didn't mean to sue for money. I meant to make sure something was done for punishment to this player for his actions. This was so uncalled for with the other player's helmet comes off and then he gets kicked in the face. It has been done before by parents who have gotten lawyers to make sure proper punishment was done, it happens in Northern Ky all the time.

All you have to do is send the film into the KHSAA and they will suspend the player for unnecessary roughness. Maybe even indefinitely...

You may want to get your facts straight. I'm no lady.
Sorry for being so harsh but I get so sick and tired of everyone wanting to sue for everything. There are other ways to handle the situation. Go to the school officials, school board or as someone stated above send the tape to the KHSAA. No need to get lawyers involved with everything.
