For the past few years they've had the atheletes and potential to be great. It seems no one wants to take the time to hire a real coach the program is just there and the girls spend a lot of hours practicing but does it do any good? The coaching staff has never even played soccer and knows only what they've read and they don't know how to push the team to be as good as they should. Shouldn't they find a coach that wants to win and knows how?

They do have some good players and they are getting better each year!

They won't win consistently until they get a good coach though. I can promise you that.

Eastern Ky is not exactly the hot bed of soccer, if you havn't noticed. So untill you find a coach that has experienceyou make do with what you have. They are getting better not just every year, but every game. I don't know to many schools that have great coaches, maybe just more athletic kids. Football, Baseball, Basketball are still the main sports around here IMO.

It will take another 4 - 5 at least years before there is a potential for good coaches in the area, and when east ky gets them they will certainly be in short supply
