Prestonsburg vs. Pikeville Predictions.

I know that Pikeville has a big game tommorrow night but it doesn't hurt for us fans to look ahead. I think Pikeville beats Pburg for the 2nd year in a row.

I'm going guess Derossett is going to have P-burg ready just like last year after P-burg lost there opener.

have to wait till i see how pikeville plays tomorrow, corbin without their qb though so tough to say but i bet it will be a good game

who said dave will be out for this one? you guys must think pburg is no good because they lost to hazard ! hazard is a really good team i mean really good.

From what i hear, Pikeville has a really good team too. I know they lost to Newport Catholic, but i think that Newport could beat almost everyone, if not everyone in the mountains.

Newport Catholic is the best team Pikeville will play this year period. If Pikeville losses tonight to Corbin then they could be in trouble next week against Prestonsburg....the good thing is that they are non-district games that are only going to benefit Pikeville later in the season. Pikeville has the 2nd toughest schedule in Class A and I expect that to have them prepared come district and playoff time.

Well i know pburg had to practice this mourning they may even practice tomarrow. But the coaches were not happy with the way Prestonsburg played. The pburg players thought they were going to blow out Hazard from the Videos they watched. They thought that hazards line couldnt block real well and they were proved wrong. The advice Id give pburg players is quit thinking they are going to beat every single A team or other teams if they continue to do that they'll lose alot of games this season. But I hope they turn out like they did last year but beat Belfry this time.

Prestonsburg will be fine regardless of the outcome of the game against Pikeville next week. They will be a serious contneder to win AA Region 4 this year and who knows what happens after that.

Welp....with the way that the Panthers pulled together their D and more importantly simplified their Offense and made it a lot more effective against Corbin, I'm going to make a very controversial prediction...

Pburg -- 13

I listened to the Prestonsburg/Hazard game and personally Prestonsburg didn't impress me...Some of their playcalling seemed a bit obvious too...Any updates on Dave would be appreciated tho, depending on his status my predicted score could change...

He told me he shoudl be playing by friday...He thinks he can heal in a week..He starts Physical Therapy monday and has it all week....But hes doing fine he cant run on it as of now.....
