Well, I hope this pays off dividends down the road. A tough loss to a tough team. I wasnt suprised on the outcome though. Hopefully we will take something from this and just get better each week.

Belfry has a bye next week, then will return to action on September 2nd to host Lawrence County.

Not a surprising score but it was good to open Belfry's eyes and show them what they need to work on and such.

man i just got home from the ballgame and am i ever roasted, it was HOT, saw a lot of hope for the future but that was a very good ball club we ran into tonight, tough loss but i know haywood will make this team better throughout the year ,good learning experience for a young team. by the way nice pics number 75 is my nephew. you coming to the game catdawg, we will save you a seat!! I agree that is one of the best looking HIgh School football teams I had ever watched. They were big and fast.. At times I thought I was watching a college team.. Belfry got nothing to hang their heads about. This will indeed toughen them up for district play..

Congrats to Belfry on a outstanding effort and TO HC on the win..

Good job to both teams for commin out in the heat and playin their game . But it seems like the other team was hungry for the W then the other. But good luck to both teams this season.

Gotta remember Belfry is young, Henry Clay could beat Morehead State.....Belfry will be fine. Im sure belfry wanted to win the game. Especially their first home game at their new facility.

Speaking of facilities....Belfry's new field looks like something right out of the NFL

I watched the game on a WYMT there. Henry Clay had some dog gone big boys. Hey its not that Belfry is bad. They are good. This Henry Clay team will dominated Kentucky High School Football this year. I dont know what class they and I dont realy give a hoot either. Butm I dont see this Henry Clay bunch losing a game to likes of anyone in Kentucky.. Just my two cents.. Now take it and run with it.

If you accumulate enough of them you can cash them in for prizes. You get points by posting, starting threads and going into the arcade and playing the games we have to offer.
