Lee has a good team, but I think Harlan will have the numbers in their advantage again, and if the defense plays ANYTHING like they did last friday, the game could get ugly!

Lee is fast, but we have a good mix of speed and power and a tough defense. Speed doesn't mean much when they can't get it going. I look for the Bears to win 38-14. Go Bears.

New kid in town label would have to be for a team that is going to be in the district for more than one year.....But Harlan is a strong contender for the regular season district title. I think they will win this game, but it may be close if they overlook this team.

you cant base two teams on how they beat a team.i was at the Lee Co. game that night and if you all played at Lee it would of been a different game.

Lee High got homered in that game at M'boro. They had the TD called back at a crucial time. They also had the inopportune fumble into the endzone for a touchback. I really feel that M'boro would have had an extremely difficult time beating Lee at Lee.

And being in KY with KY officiating, you should never do that, lol. But trust me, there was some good calls (I try to stay as unbiased as I can), like when I saw an arm swing at one of ours in one of those piles, lol. And Lee didn't have everything go their way either.

You all have solid team. The score in the 2nd half and Lee's inability to answer that really turned the game for good. Good speed, physical, well coached, team you all have.

Also, the band sounded pretty good for their first time. Too bad people wouldn't move for them (regarding both sides and even holding seats for them). But regardless, they sounded pretty good and you all have a pretty vocal bunch of fans over there, I hope ours were taking notes.

One penalty as I mentioned before I saw happened in one of the piles, and it was a good call. There was an offsides that happened, there was another on offense where either you tackle or tight end moved forward before the snap (good call) and it was called. There was another penalty when the defender grabbed the Lee receiver (#2), after he was a good 3 or 4 yards past the goaline into the endzone and yanked him down. If he just crossed it and was diving to make a play that's fine but he waited and then lunged well after he was into the endzone. That's four of the 7 or 8 right off that I can remember. At least two others were something that happened when they piled up I think, there was probably late hits in there, can't remember anything right off.

It is all a moot point now. BUT they gave Lee a 2 point play where there was no way he was in and they also called us down on one where we were in. At least from where I was standing. The call on the last punt return was horrible. They called him for unsportsmanlike. All he did was lay a killer lick. The tripping call was bad. He did not trip him.
