Letcher Central vs. Greenup County Sept. 5th

Letcher Central plays Greenup County on Sept. 5th @ LCC. What are your thoughts/predictions on this game? I'll take LCC by 15-20 pts.

I think Greenup may surprise and keep it close, but LCC will take it by 1-2 TD's.

I would venture to say something in the range of 48-20 LCC. It is all based on when LCC starts to rotate positions in and out. I feel it would be wise for them to start getting a clear picture of there second string performers. In my mind they could do alot better on defense and need to work on keeping the ball in there own hands. If they go into the post season without being able to keep the clock in there favor this year then it will be another early out.

LCC, they were beaten by the best team in the state last year. Nothing other than a miracle could have brought victory home from up north.

I know that Greenup County really felt like they should have won the game with LCC last year. I'll go with the upset and take the musketeers.

I just know that LCC better not overlook them! I know Greenup got drilled the first week. But they didn't play a little cupcake team either! Banks and company will be ready to roll come gametime! I say LCC-44 G.C-26

That is sound advice. Greenup Co. gave them all kinds of trouble last year. They got to get that defense dialed in or points are not going to matter.

The last update I got was LCC 28 Greenup County 6 with 5 minutes left in the first half. The game should be close to over by now though.
