Who do you think will win this game? Both Teams lost 1 game last season and I very sure both teams expect great years.

I cover the Dragons on a local radio station here in Campbellsville. Green County is usually an average team but last season they were loaded with talent. They have lost a lot of that talent and will struggle early. If Hazard did not lose many seniors off last season's team, they should win this game by at least two touchdowns, but if they come in overlooking Green County, the Dragons are capable of beating the Bulldogs. While I think the Bulldogs may be better than the Dragons, I do not think they are good enough to overlook anyone and win.

Hazard big.

Hazard by the running clock rule by the end of the 2nd quarter.

hazard returns the whole starting offense. They return the whole defensive line, 2 linebackers,1 corner and the safety...So they are still pretty stacked both ways....So i take Hazard by 20

Hazard by 24.

I watched Green and Hazard last year. Just my opinion, but Hazard was better. Green lost a lot. Hazard lost next to nothing which equals Hazard in this one big.

As a player for Hazard's football program, I know we never go into a game overlooking anyone and we have a lot of talent this year on both sides of the ball.
It's Hazard by 21 for me.

Hazard will come into this game well prepared and most certainly WILL NOT overlook Green County. I pick Hazard by at least 14 points!

Wow thats shocking. I think it's going to be decided by a touchdown. Both teams are going to play hard. I would love to make the trip to Lexington to watch but just don't think I can make it.

BrahmBull what do u think are the keys for Green County to win this game?

bac2369 Wrote:BrahmBull what do u think are the keys for Green County to win this game? The keys will be the secondary play and the new fullback. I think they have most if not all of the lineman back from last season, but lost their very productive FB and a couple from the secondary. If they can put pressure on Olinger and rough him up early, I feel that the Bulldogs will not be able to be consistent and Green could win. Let Olinger have time to pass, and he will pick teams apart. Its all about the line and secondary, just like most every game with any team really. It will take a team effort to beat the Bulldogs, and it will take a team effort for the Bulldogs to beat the Dragons.......

Hazard is a big play football team, and the Dragons will need to stop the big plays off the Hazard offense. Last year in the Hazard and Cville playoff game I thought Cville was able to move the ball, but just committed to many turnovers in the Red zone. Without a doubt this will be one of the most exciting games of Week 1

Hazard by as many as they want to score!

mountainmaster Wrote:Hazard by as many as they want to score!Green County scrimmaged a tough Louisville Ballard team and played them evenly. I have heard they outscored Ballard, but I will say it was a tie. Green County's starting QB did not play, and they still scored on Ballard. I think this game will be physical and close......

I agree on Hazard being a big play team. Yes if Green can stop those big plays by the shoe laces then it can be close. However i see it being Hazard up pretty big and taking alot learned from a tough Green Co. team.
