Rumor i got is...they did not have enough kids to show for practice...may not even have a fb team this year? Anyone else hear that?

You heard wrong...they already have more kids to show up than the team they had last year.
So numbers should not be an issue.

David Jones (former fleming-Neon player) has been names the head coach at jenkins and will also teach social studies at the high school. There are 28 players participating in practice as of Friday august 1. We anticipate having a few more come out when school starts.

Keep the football spirit alive on Friday nights in the Jenkins community.
With consoldation so many towns no longer have that option.
