CD Player Question
#1
So, I just got two 12 inch subs and an amp for my car, but I cannot install them until I get the CD player out of my car. When the CD player was installed the company did not give me the removal too back with it. So, I don't want to spend money to have them remove it, but am trying to find a way to remove it any other way. It is a Panasonc CD player.

Pry it with a screwdriver???

Alot of CD players have special removal tools and other means of taking them out will tear them all to hell.

THere should be two little holes on each side of the factory stereo.. You can try to take a coat hanger and get it it by pushing the hanger in there as far as it will go then coming back out.. or you can go to wal mart and for like 5 bucks you can get the tool that you need.. That would be the easiest way.

It's not there on mine CTD. I did however manage to take off some of the panelling, enough to where my friend can get back there and wire it. So I'll let you all know if it works out.

Ok.. the first time i took a cd player out i ended up taking the whole dash apart when all i had to do was get that tool lol.. Most cars have the four little holes.. except some of the newer ones.. with the huge stereo face.. so. i dont' know.. but good luck..
