Joe Flacco over Andre Woodson

The Ravens are still going to be in trouble at the QB position. In my opinion Woodson is much better than Flacco.

Woodson is not projected high either though.They say Flacco has amazing arm and Andre takes to long with his realease.

With the exception of favoritism toward Andre, Flacco I believe has the most talent of any of the QB's. I'm not sold on Matt Ryan at all.

I agree.. I think Flacco has the most talent and just because he's not from a big D-1 school doesnt mean the kid cant play. And Woodson is good, but he's not top 3 qbs in the draft.. maybe top 5 tho.

I hate Joe Flacco. IMO, he will be a bust. I would much rather have Matt Ryan as a QB. Thats just me though. But I do think Andre is a much better QB than Flacco.

Great post and I agree 100% with everything you said. I think Flacco will have a great career, and Ryan will be a forgotten name in the NFL before too long. I know I will get blasted for this, but I thought Woodson regressed from the '06 season. I dont know if I just paid more attention to his flaws or what, but IMO, he cant throw an accurate deep ball at all, he has very poor footwork, and he's slow. Not to mention he made some very bad decisions at crucial moments (taking sacks rather than throwing the ball away)...Dont get me wrong, Andre Woodson was a very good college quarterback, and had an outstanding career at Kentucky, and Im not taking that from him, but he has a lot to overcome if he's going to have a successful NFL career. I hope he does though..

Well Flacco has played against D-1aa talent, and Andre has pretty much played against alot of future NFL players in the SEC, but I really think Matt Ryan will have alot to prove! i really think Matt Ryan is going to be a decent QB in the NFL

Flacco was a first rounder, he should be better than just decent, A first rounder should be great.

I agree. I feel sorry for Matt Ryan with the situation he is in at Atlanta. But after seeing highlights of Flacco he looks like a real deal legit QB in the NFL. He will give Kyle Boller and Troy Smith a run for their money in Baltimore.
