Caudill had 19 strikeouts and 2 walks for LC. However LC stranded 7 runners and had trouble hitting the ball off of the Tolsia pitcher. LC should have won this game in 5.

Kelsey is lookin' great, she could slack a lil and let her defense show what they got. =)

In the newspaper it gave that lawrence co. was suppose to played east ridge saturday. was this game played?

No, the ER game was postponed to a later date.

I belive the defense only had 2 putouts and the catcher got so excited on the 1 steal she mishandled the ball. All in all a pretty good outing.

The defense starts with the pitcher/catcher, however the rest of LC's defense is VERY stingy. They practice extremely hard at defense and understand the game.

Tolisa is a team that has a solid batting line up... but LC's defense is amazing... IMO LC's defense might be one of the best in the region!
