Looked like it was going be a nail-biter there when Louisville got it down to 1 but UNC was just too strong.

One of the better games of the tournament.

lol buddy I was on here all night last night. I guess that was your 1st win that meant something so you were out parting. I would hope Lville beat Tenn last night they couldnt hit a shot. This thread is about UNC and Lville though. UNC won and Loserville is going home.

Louisville lost... Hansbrough beat them!... and lets not talk about how fast we forget... before last year I believe UofL had beaten UK 4 years in a row, and went to 9 Bowl games in 9 years vs. your 2 in 30... so please lets not get into this...

It was a great game and the Cards will be just as good if not better next year!
I will miss David Padgett, Juan Palacios, and Terrance Farley!! Great Careers boys!

Didnt UK beat Loserville 5 times in a roll in basketball? How fast we forget. The Cards will not be better next year, they will be worse.

You were the one that brought up the football stat... I was merely stating you didnt have much to say because you all "forget" stuff too... That was my point... I could care less who has won teh most... I just go to Louisville cheer for them because they are my school, but anyone on here that knows me knows I'm a Duke fan... I also said not to get it started because its just stat throwing... We all know UK football was terrible forever and UofL basketball was not more than mediocre for a while too... so I dont really think either school can talk much

Entertaining game to watch. Two things that killed Louisville was their inability to rebound the ball on the defensive side and their transition defense, a lot of easy baskets for UNC in transition. Pitino had some great words for Tyler Hansborough who is the toughest player pound for pound in College Basketball today. Was rooting for the Cards but the better team prevailed today.

Where is Caracter going the developmental league, or overseas, he hasnt shown me anything, where was he last night, on the bench, does he think he can compete in the nba, I just dint understand this move. I think he will end up like Scotty Thurman who played for Arkansas a few years ago, he went pro, and just disappeared. I think he needs to rethink this one, but honestly I dont think Pitino wants him back.

Thurman was a terriffic player, my point exactly, if he cant make it in the nba, how can caracter, he has not had near the career thurman had, maybe he just wants to get out of Louisville.

I attended the game. My god Tyler hansbrough was truely magnificant. I was very impressed to see how much he husseled after rebounds and how well he played facing the basket.
