Actually I did buy the Blackberry Curve. Had it for 18 days and the trackball stopped working. I took it back and changed it for the Tilt.

True you can get a new one but you also have to sign another 2 year contract. This way you can get the phone without having to stay with them 2 more years should you decide you want to leave them.

They sell every day on Ebay for 400-500. If I don't get any action here I may put it on Ebay. Then again I may just keep it. Who knows with me.

I work in Electronics at Wal-Mart and this phone is $798 without a contract.
