Paintsville vs. Bardstown - Feb. 1 (2nd Round of All "A" Classic)
#1
Paintsville will play Bardstown Friday @ 5. Predictions for this one???? I don't know anything about Bardstown. How the Tigers match up against em? Or anything about them? So who wins this one in the second round of the All A Classic?

IDK much about Bardstown but Paintsville has been playing good lately so i suspect them to come out on top.

I am positive Bardstown beat out Paintsville last year in the 2nd round. I do not remember how it went & what B'town has back from that team.

I think Paintsville will beat Bardstown.

Bardstown did defeat Paintsville by a score of 73-60. I think Paintsville had a horrible shooting night from the field....hopefully they will come out and play to their potential. If they do, then I think the Tigers will roll.

Tigers will need to distribute the ball a little better and not gun up so many three's tomorrow night. They weren't hitting them today but were still able to pull out a win against a team that beat PRP. I look for them to come in with a solid game plan and hopefully they'll pull out the win. PHS by 6.

Dug into the KHSAA website and done a little research a second ago. Bardstown has only defeated 2 teams with a record better than .500 and they are Pineville(19-3) today and Anderson Co.(12-4) during the first game of the season. They also defeated 10-10 Southern. The two teams have one common opponent on the season and that is Anderson Co. Bardstown defeated them in their opening game 64-54. Paintsville defeated Anderson Co. at the KY Prep Shootout in Montgomery Co. by a score of 79-58.

Well I'm glad you could find it. I bet I looked for an hour on the KHSAA site to see if they had played a common opponent and no luck. Thanks for the info.

The Tigers should win this one by 20! And no I'm not joking. But if they play like they did in the 3rd of today's game, they could be coming home early!!

Good luck Tigers!!

Bardstown did beat Paintsville in the 2nd round last year. Paintsville prolly didn't shoot 35% and were outrebounded bad. Bardstown had like 28 points in put backs.

Didn't the Tigers beat Elliott Co. to play Bardstown last year?
To win this evening they need to put two halves together. I believe (I might have heard it wrong) the Tigers didn't have any turnovers in the first half? The seconbd half pressure from Holy Cross obviously caught them off guard. If they can play the same type of game they played in the first half I would pick them by 10 to 15 points. I expect Slone to have a good game today. Go Tigers!!!!! Represnt Eastern Kentucky well!!!!!!!!!!
