The game is Tues. night if I am not mistaken. I still think Pikeville comes out on top by close to a double digit lead.

You do realize that in the last two and a half seasons, or (71 games), only 6 teams have scored 70 or more points against Pikeville dont you? I think their defense is to tough to give up that many against East Ridge. Besides, East Ridge is a physical team, I dont think they will want to get into a running up and down the court game. I maybe wrong, but I dont see the score being that high. Besides, they are only averaging almost 57 points a game and scored only 48 in their first head to head meeting this year. Less than a month ago.
