Horn had a nice 1 minute stretch where he hit a three and a layup off a steal, but then he got a little too cocky and a little too selfish and made some boneheaded plays. This SC team is very...i dont want to say selfish, but there are alot of I's on the team, rather then we's. Until they all figure out that you have to play 5 on 5 and not 1 on 1 they could be in for a tough road.

Yea SC never gave up and LC kept doing what got them there big lead in the 1st half. The officials took any flow out of the game for either team. I never seen so many jump balls and walking calls in my life, and what stunk was in the 2nd half is when most were called and it was just after LC would hit a three to take the lead back or tie it up.

Very disappointing loss for the Dawgs. This is a game they were supposed to win.

Complaining about how the refs 'got you beat' is a sad excuse. There is no game where the calls are going to be perfect, im sure the margine of error was the same towards both sides. The same thing happened to Sheldon Clark a few times so dont fall under the illusion that the refs were biased.

And I agree with Corndog, this is a very selfish team. Mostly due to the mentality that JR gave them. People like Justin Porter were put into the game just to shoot the ball. So now when he goes in he wants to shoot it everytime it touches his hands. We've got to start working the ball more and quit firing one up everytime the ball touches your hands on the perimeter.

Dude to start with I was blaming it on the refs. (And even in the girls game there was at least 20 jump balls called.)
