Great atmosphere for a grade school game as always.

Logan Lucas led Dorton with 13 points. David Belcher had 9 points and 6 rebounds, and Chanon Anderson had 7 points and 11 rebounds. Cody Bentley also added 6 points.

Keaton Johnson led Virgie with 18 points. Bobby Hopkins added 6 points.

Dorton plays Pikeville tomorrow night at Dorton.

Pikeville won that game it was a good and exciting game. It was a great atmosphere! At the half Pikeville was up by 5 and they pulled away and held Dorton to 7 points in the second half. Halftime Pikeville 25 Dorton 20. End Pikeville 45 Dorton 29. Great, Great Game.

Did you hear what happened to Chanon Anderson? He missed a block on Gavin Miller and hit the side corner of a door full speed on his forehead and split it open. Blood was all over the floor, and took about 10 minutes to get him to his feet. Hurts Dorton at 1st game of the season. Get well soon Chanon!

Yea, that was awful I felt really bad 4 him even though I didnt know him that good. Channon was an important key to Dorton.
