Johnson Central vs. Lincoln County - AAAAA Region 4 Championship
#1
Should make a for a real exciting game, I'll make my prediction later. Good Luck to both.

Nathaniel Dials is supposedly out for this game, and if he is it could change the outcome of the game.

Johnson Central in a close one

Don't know a whole lot about Lincoln Co. but I'm going with JC in this one.

Is Nathaniel Dials gonna play in this game? Heard he had injured his knee against Montgomery County.

If he is out for this game it could really hurt Johnson Central's chances of winning.
#14
Nope, he's done.... His knee is badly swollen and bruised.
#15
JC will take this one in a semi-close game.
#16
Nothing is definate on Nathaniel we won't know anything until Friday.
#17
We had heard that Nathaniel had an injury Friday night-hope it isn't serious and that he's back in the game this week. We're keeping him in our thoughts here....
#18
Nathaniel has a torn MCL and is done for the year...He will have surgery soon.

I hate to hear that, and I can only imagine what he is going through. Prestonsburg's Bobby Hughes had a somewhat similar injury, he tore his ACL and is out for the season, but the team rallied and got over that hump, but Dials is one of the better defensive players I've ever witnessed.

Thoughts are with him from Prestonsburg.

That kind of contradicts what post #16 says.

Talked to his father last night and we will not know anything until later in the week. He just had the MRI yesterday and will not know for sure until Friday. The doctor on the sideline believed it was a bad sprain, so lets hope!

He was getting around on it pretty good yesterday.

I guess my post was easy to misread. I was referring to post #16 as probably being more accurate than post #18.

What schools did Nathan have to choose from. I know he's is a top notch football player. Gossip spreads rampant on here and I am guilty myself of it but I heard several well known schools wanted this young man to play D1
#25
If Dials is out for the Eagles then I think there in for some trouble with Lincoln County... Good luck to both.

Just watched the weather on WLEX 18 and the forecast gave a 80% chance of rain on Wed. and a 70% chance or rain on Thanksgiving Day and a high of 40 degrees on Friday for the Lexington Area which is the closest I can get to Lincoln County, looks like it could be a mud bowl at death valley.

Lincoln County has scored 313 points and gave up 175 points in 12 games.
Johnson Central has scored 462 points and gave up 232 points in 12 games.

Should be a real game in Lincoln. Its goimg to come down to JC defense.

If Dials is out who replaces him? :howdy:

Central had better come ready to play. I had the opportunity to see Lincoln County play earlier this year and they are very good. It should be a GREAT game and a real war. The Patriots have some really nice looking athletes and a nice game plan. Similar in some ways to what JC does.

I'm going to do my best to get down to Stanford to see what should be a classic.

Lets go Eagles!
#29
Lincoln Co will be a tough test for the Eagles. This game should be too close to call. I'd like to see JC pick up the W though.

I wish them good luck. The boys have worked very very hard & living from week to week during playoffs is stressful to say the least! Good Luck JC Boys!
