Its in the first book of a comic series, this book is called "The Hard Goodbye. The series is becoming a movie.

i havent read the series. i am more a film guy... but ever since i heard about the movie i have been doin research on Frank Miller and his books.

If you havent read the comics, I highly recommend it. If the movie is like them, then it's going to be awesome.
