Powell travels to Prestonsburg this eve. to play. at 6:00pm Come & watch. Don't know nothing bout' P'burg but Powell has some good young players. Everywhere they've went, they have been the little guys. Seems like have the smallest kids in the state.....They will play hard though...Good Luck Pirates!!!!!:Cheerlead irateSho :letsparty

Good Luck to the Pirates. Prestonsburg's JV is tough, they have some big guys and they can score alot of points. I don't know if Austin McKinney is playing, but Micheal Burchett should be playing quarterback and should have a good game. I might even go who knows?

Prestonsburg won 48-8. The score was 14-8 at the half. That's the difference in kids that "lift" & kids that don't. I was most impressed with #25. Small kid with a heart big as a football. The QB scrambled good but threw the ball straight up in the air. He should've been picked off twice. I also like #39 (RB). Big kid that can push a pile. Of course, you can't leave out the O line. The couldn't run without them. Congrats P-burg. Good Luck the rest of the way.....Beat Pikeville

Congrats Pburg. Glad to see that young players are stepping up, that's what makes a future program even better.

That kid has great speed and agility. He is the younger brother of Prestonsburg starting back Allen Craynon.
