Edge James or Thomas Jones?

I drafted Thomas Jones in one of my Yahoo Fantasy Leagues, but Edge James was still on the board. I kind of regretted it at the time because I thought that Fitzgerald and Boldin would stretch the field which would create lanes for James, but now I'm starting to have faith in the pick. Reason that I'm getting faith in the pick is because Arizona's line is pretty bad, and I think that almost all of the goalline carries will be handled by Shipp.

Can I have some opinions on me taking Jones before James?

personally, i think jones will go for about 12-1400 this year and around 16-18 scores. will be much better season than edge, if ya ask me, fantasy wise. i think its a no-brainer between those 2. good pick.

The more I think about it, the more I'm liking the pick, because, along with all the other reasons, the Jets have a better D, so the Cards will be throwing more to try and keep up, where the Jets will be controlling the clock. Not to say the Jets have a good D, but it's better than Arizona's.

thats what i was wondering, Fritz. jones had better numbers last year, almost a yard more per rush, and that was in that thing THEY CALL an offense in Chicago. edgerrin james in ariz is not the same edgeriin james that was in indy. when defenses are dropping 6-7 guys to try and stop Peyton, its alot easier to find a hole.

Matt Lienhart had not proven himself so defense crowded line on James i think he will be better this year.

Fair enough, disagree, but it's a discussion, and I respect your opinion.

I had the first pick in a league tonight, and the draft doesn't start til nine, but the dude called me and was like "take your first pick so we can make sure it works," so I panicked, and took LT, but then I looked at the Rams schedule and wish I would have taken SJ.
