Bill Gates NOT Richest Man???

It is being reported that Bill Gates is no longer the world's richest man :eek:. That title now belongs to Mexican Phone tycoon Carlos Slim. I'm sure Gates still doesn't have anything to worry about when it comes to the $$$$.

Carlos Slim may have taken over as #1 recently because of all the money Bill Gates has began to dish out for charity. If that is the reason, then I'm sure he won't mind taking the back seat because he is helping so many other people today. I'm just curious what kind of pocket change a man with his net worth carries.

Say what you will about Bill Gates but I hear Microsoft as well as Apple treat their employees great.

I was taking up for him saying he probably doesn't care how much he is worth because he is helping so many other people today in 3rd world countries for medical treatment and prevention purposes as well as numerous scholarships to the needy in the US. All I was asking was how much money does a man of his net worth carry on himself at one time.

I would say he doesn't carry much cash at all on him. He would more than likely use credit.

This is one that I support you on 100%. He has done a lot of great things with his money as well. It also takes the pressure off of being number 1.
