so what! we won district and last i checked the top 2 teams go to regionals. and anything can happen. everyone lee co was the greatest team to play ball and look what happened to them.

i think jbs will come in thinkin they got it won and will over look powell...then powell will come out bein 11 or so seniors not wanting to end their high school career and come away with a big Win....and i see breathitt taking a close one over powell, and then powell taking a close one in over time against breathitt..and in the championship game it will be powell and hazard..and if powells workd that hard to get there then they deserve it and will be 2007 14th REGION CHAMPS!!!! GO POWELL BEAT JBS!!

Ok lets get a few things straight. Maybe we did only win one big ball game, but we came close all the other times. You need to shut up, and about JBS onlky beating Jenkins by 2 thats because Jenkins is a god team. The most underrated in th region!!

Knott is a good team..one of the best the way theyre playing...JBS does not even deserve to be in the 14th region tourney...they beat jenkins by only 2 ponts in a last second shot...right now 5 out of the 8 teams in it can beat them IMO!!!

Unfortuanately for Knott, close only counts in horseshoes. Smile

Hazard beat Jenkins by about 40 in the All A. They're not a (god) team or even good as far as that goes, but if you think Knott is a great team you need to get a life.:thatsfunn

You must be from JBS and are having a hard time dealing with the district loss. If KCC isn't that good then I guess that just means JBS is that much worse. KCC definetely has a chance the way they have been playing of late.

I'm going to have to take Knott to win the whole thing. While they don't have the over all talent that Hazard does, they do have some serious heart. Another thing that KCC has going is their hardcore man defense. I don't think they've played zone more than 5 trips in the last month. When you have a team that thrives on man defense they're going to be a very tough out for anyone.

1981 KCC went into region play with identical record of 12-14...played in RUPP lost to eventual State champion Simom Kenton by 2 points....seems like a Stamper played on that team.btw Knott beat Breathitt in the finals of region that year..Breathitt was ranked 6th in AP poll....

If there is a Hazard, Knott game, Hazard can only hope Knott plays that hardcore man defense. Hicks will light them up. I think in the first meeting Lindon tried guarding him man and he scored 38. If you want to see hardcore man, just wait till you play Hazard. But, first things first, both teams have to win tonight.

Yea if Knott plays man Hicks will destroy them. Hicks is different than Stepp. Hicks will actually pass the ball and can shoot 3's
