1)Peggy Moore @ Breathitt
2)Randey Napier @ PCC
3)Wallace Bates @ Owsley
4)Ken Jones @ Powell
5)toss-up for fifth

It could be either Peggy Moore for Breathitt County, Randey Napier for Perry County Central, or Dickie Adams for Letcher County Central. Those are the three powerhouses in the region. All three teams perform consistantly well. It takes a great coach to do that.
