I would have to give the edge to Perry County Central and Hazard. Year in and year out these two teams have the potential of winning a regional championship. When the bulldogs and commodores hit the court your in for a game.

Last 3 regional champions:
2004 - PCC
2005 - PCC
2006 - Hazard

My second place vote would have to go to JBS and Knott whose rivalry seems to have become more competitive in the last few years.

yes pcc and hazard has a huge rivalry and probally the best two teams in the region.....knott and jbs does also due to the same county......and i heard that powell and estill has a big rivalry also...i heard them games was packed

I would say it WAS Hazard and Perry but now its gotta be JBS and Hazard. This year you have 2 of the best players in the region playing each other, not to mention for some reason those 2 schools hate each other.
