jarrod amburgey averages about 12-15 pts a game 10-15 rebounds a game 4-6 blocks a game and1-4 steals a game. mosley averages 15-25 pts a game 1-5 rebounds a game 4-6 steals a game and 1-3 blocks a game. stuart stamper averages about the same as mosley does and matt everage has aboy 6- 10 pts a game, 6-8 rebounds a game 2-4 blocks and about 1 steal per game. and romans he is good, but ah yeah we did beat powell, or have you forgotten about that. and romans did'nt do anything in that game.

Jarrod Amburgey is a good player but will get better in time.

i'll let you in on a little secret, because some of you seem to think the only good players are the ones who make 20 or 30 pts a game. It takes more than just being able to shoot the ball. Most players who score that much, shoot their arm off and don't even make half of what they shoot. A good ball player can shoot, dribble, bring the ball up court, rebound, block, steal, pass, and play team ball. They don't go for the glory of being the "big scorer". Everything thats on these threads are about players who are nothing but ball hogs who are only out to make themselves look good.

Ryan romans had all the qualities u just mentioned he plays forward so he dont bring the ball down the court but yes knott did beat powell earlier this year but powell was down that game and their on a7-8 game win streak with a big win over hazard
02-12-2007, 02:01 AM
and ryan romans is far from a ballhog...most ball hogs are guards not forwards

i didn't say he was, i said most of them are ball hogs, i'm just sayin that these 3 boys have what it takes and they are good ball players, but you don't hear anything about them because they are not glory hounds. you and wee wee down there are just stupid, you don't know good players when you see one. and i'm not saying none of those other boys are not good players, they are, but all they do is shoot their arm off.

how about smith from breathitt, kelly from perry central, gay from buckhorn, cordia has a better post player who dont even play now... and if u dont think the kid from cordia is better than romans , i watched them head to head and go look at thier numbers against each other. it was total domination

the taylor kid owned romans
romans is good dont get me wrong but not at the top of the region.
if ryan romans can go to college and play in the post i will admit he is the best post player in the region.

How about this? If I am right, then you get to make a post on here about how brilliant I am and if I am wrong then I will do the same for you. What do you think about that. This will be a lock...for me.

romans would get shut down by out of region post players...he might be able to handle a 6'1" or 6'2" but no way he could handle an 11th region 6'4" + guy!!! IMO
02-13-2007, 01:08 AM
it dont matter we was talking about the 14th region no the 11th so take that post somewere else
02-13-2007, 11:16 AM
Well last time i checked, everyone thought Campbell from Hazard could handle Romans.....we all saw how that turned out. Campbell fouled out in his attempt to defend Romans.
