Most Underated Team in the 14th???
#1
Big upsets lately, and close games amongst many of the top teams in the 14th...So let's hear it ... Who is the most underated team in the 14th???
#2
Da horn
#3
Buckhorn!
#4
I definately believe da Horn is a force to be reckon with in March!
#5
Good games just tonight! LCC over Breathitt by 12, Buckhorn loses to JBS by 7 in ot, Jackson City over Estill by 5! Underated is LCC, Buckhorn, JC?????
#6
ALL that maetters is Powell is region champs right now.

Buckhorn is one of the most underrated teams ive seen play in the last cpl of years. They have a nice outside attack with Blank and Gay is one of the top big men in the region imo. Another team under the radar has to be the Cordia Lions. They have an excellent coach, one of the top players in the region in Hurt, and a balanced lineup otherwise. When they get used to playing with their new transfer they will be tough to beat.

who is cordias new transfer?
and yeah powell will win the region, they dont get enough credit by everyone else, its al about jbs hazard and breathitt. all hot teams eventually go down, ask breathitt what letcher did to them, go ahead ask. come one i got time ask them.

Why is Powell so inconsistent with their W's??? They get good wins then they have a few losses that should have been def. W's?

Da horn and Lions are 2 teams i wouldn't want to play in March. Both with good coaches and well-balanced team play.

I really like what John Noble has done with his Buckhorn team, they really impress me.

After watching Buckhorn play tonight I would have to say they are highly underated. Not only did they lead for 3/4 of the game against JBS but they took it into overtime. Buckhorn played hard, they played with a lot of heart and they never gave up. I think all of Hazard's fans were yelling for da Horn and they made us all proud. The most hated team in the 14th would have to be JBS. I have never heard a team BOOED like they were tonight when they came out.

powel is going to win region how can you say that corida new transfer combs combined with hurt and gamble makes the lions a team to beat and lets not forget the wildcats of buckhorn with blank and gay almost upsetting the great jbs haha the 14th is wide open imo watch out for everyone

Buckhorn and Cordia

Buckhorn has a very good inside game with gay. He mades some very nice moves in the game last night. They were shooting the three ball quiet well to. I think they will be a major upset for whomever they play in their district when it comes tourney time.

When it comes tourney time... With a coach the likes of Jeff Honeycutt and three pretty decently talented players... i would like to see how this match up works... Cordia will pull off a couple upsets in March.
#23
I think Cordia & Buckhorn are very similiar, both with great young coaches in Honeycutt and Noble. Both small schools with great community support. Both very capable of beating anyone on a given night. I'd hate to play either one come March. "God Bless The Little Man"

Cordia and Buckhorn for sure
#25
Cordia will get a chance to prove theirselves against JBS on Jan. 30 @ Pippa Passes ... If they can pull it off then they would seem to be a contender.

you can bet honeycut will have his team at top knotch for this game. The lions about knocked them off the last time this time if things havent changed i think cordia will win..
