What happened to the 20 point blow-out? But anyways congrats to both teams on a hard fought game.
#3
Congrats JBS on the win....Congrats Cordia on keeping it close and a hard fought game any stats for either team?
#4
Congrats JBS, this sounds like it was a great game..wish i could have been there...Cordia is a solid and fundamentally sound team
#5
Cordia shot lights out tonight! They played a very good game. Hurt and the red haired kid, I'm not for sure who he was, shot the ball very well. Congrats JBS though.
#6
Congrats Cordia
#7
The red headed kid is a transfer from PCC. I think his last name is Mullins. Any way great game but next time JBS might get their hand caught in the cookie jar.
#8
I can't wait to see JBS play at Cordia.
#9
Cordia is now 5-13 on the season.
#10
The red haired kid is Eric Combs, and yeah he can shoot the lights out...How many did he have?
#11
Congrats JBS!!!

JBS with an easy win, I expect their bench to be emptied by the 4th

Pickandrolls prediction above.

I think you missed this one pickandroll. I have never seen their bench empty

A win is a win, I knew you guys would get on here and start saying stuff, everytime Cordia plays JBS it's a close game, no matter where it is played, but JBS had what it took at the end of the game, playing down the whole game, but I'm not getting on here and saying anything,Cordia played good, and JBS just wasn't ready, they seem to never be, but a great game.
#20
Congrats JBS.
#21
Yes, Cordia and JBS is always a good game and it seems JBS is never ready and it seems Cordia just cannot finish them off leading in the last 3 games and lost them all.Well Cordia keep your heads up you got them 2 of the next 3 games and JBS should be ready and stop overlooking the mighty lions of Lotts Creek.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, always an excuse. With all the hype of how good JBS is, of course people are going to get on here and start saying stuff. You people bring it on. JBS is not near as good as JBS fans think they are.

It's funny on how you remember this after the fact, But I think your prediction was a little bit more of a blow out than it USUALLY is.
#24
yeah, your right guys, you all know it all, i give up
#25
windmill Wrote:yeah, your right guys, you all know it all, i give up

No I don't know it all. Never have claimed to. The thing is you get on here and post on yeah it was a good game and it always is. Then on your prediction you said it would be about a 20 point game. I admit when I'm wrong. Why can't you?
#26
I never said anything about that. I know I'm wrong, and I do admit it.I have no problem with that. I'm just saying why JBS didn't play as good as they could have.

Well not to start anything but neither team played defense there for a long time. But I wouldn't say that JBS had a bad game.
#28
Cordia played a very good game and the new kid can shoot the lights out. He was a surprise as I guess he was supposed to be. Jeff Honeycutt is a heck of a coach. JBS didn't overlook them, they just didn't know about all of them. The red haired kid just got eligible. Hurt hit everything he shot, as did Mosley.Clark Stepp had 32, Cox with 14,Collins 10, lil Stepp 3, Conley had a good game not sure how many he had.
#29
Sounds like was a very good game!!

Someone posted this on another web site, I thought it was "eye-brow raising" I was not at the game but the person that posted this was.... The thing I don't understand is not using the big man Collins. Not many teams have a big man like him. Why not take advantage of his size. I guess certain players scoring is more important than playing team ball and utilizing all the "teams" assets.

"I went and saw the game and here are my honest views(hope I dont offend anyone but here how I saw it.)

Cordia shot the lights out(probably 60%) and most shots were wide open shots. They were very patient on offense and Coach Honeycutt had a great game plan. The Cordia kids played very hard and deserved to win also.
JBS didnt have a good game plan and I think was overlooking Cordia and thinking of playing Hazard. Clark Stepp made some big shots at the end of the game but took some horrible shots in the first half. CLint Stepp played almost the whole game and hit only one shot and never had any assists or rebounds that I saw. The people he was guarding scored many times and the fans couldnt understand why they were playing him???JBS never used their big men even though they had a huge size advantage. The Conley kid hit 4 shots in the first half and didnt play much in the 2nd half. Collins played well at the end of the game when they finally decided to throw him the ball. I hope that JBS doesnt throw the season away to serve some special agenda. This is what I saw tonight."
