pineville should not have been invited to the tourney! this is the mountains best and they are not one of the best in the mountains!! the score is no suprise to me!!!!
#5
They had to find someone that JBS could beat and stepp get his points. Or, shold I say Stepps

I agree, he should go somewhere where they could use his talents, thats sad the kid with the most talent gets the least recognition, absolutly sad.

Okay let's start on Clark, who had an awsome performance tonight. He recieved the well deserved player-of-the-game. He shot the ball well and had many assists. He played TEAM ball tonight, and the score shows it. But I know there would be something wrong with it. We never had a solid 20+ point lead until the 4th quarter. JBS's bench is weak, it's not safe to throw them in with 4+ minutes left and JBS only up by 20 or less. It's not hard to catch right back up in 4 minutes. JBS subbed with 2 minutes left on the scoreboard. Stepp DID come out of the game earlier. Please not tonight, he had a GREAT game, so did his younger brother Clint. Sure he doesn't always make those three point shots, but tonight they fell. So all you Stepp haters, don't even start! Okay thanks.

your right both the stepps had a good game and they played alot of team ball but it is easy to do this when your winning. thought pineville did a good job on containing cox. but congrats to jbs on the win and good luck friday agaisnt hazard.

They should have invited you , with your great record. You could have poured it on 'em.

He had 16 which is as many as Hicks had in the Hazard game. I thought SV did a good job on Hicks untill they took Justice and Bryant off of him.

he had 16 i really didn't know that i knew he probably had 8-10 but i guess he did better than i thought but i know for some of the game pineville did a good job of containing cox.

Yea he did have a good game but dont give a reason for him playing till 2 mins to go left in the game.Thats a joke almost 30 point lead. Whos fault is it that the bench isnt good, Take Stepp out of all these games when your killing teams so they can get better, So dont try to use that as an excuse

Bothy Stepps played well tonight! Clark was on fire! JBS is so young and talented@

What do you mean? Sounds like you are making lite of a very good player. He had 16 points tonight which is very good when you have all the talent that JBS has. The Stepps, both of them loaded with talent, and anyone that can score with both of the Stepp boys hitting is doing great. Why would they want to take either Stepp out? Clint Stepp hit 3 three's and Clark past off to him and he past off to Cox. He passed to another player who didn't score and he looked at the coach and shook his head. That didn't happen again. Great game!!

Not sure what point you are trying to make, but I am not knocking the play of anyone! I am saying that TATE COX IS THE BEST PLAYER ON JBS and one of the best in the 14th Region and everyone knows that and is left out of the offense! Look at how many shots he takes also or how many plays are setup for Cox..

I think both of the Stepps played exceptional last night!

i would like to know how you figure cox is a better player than stepp. stepp is 6'3" cox is 5'10" stepp is probably a better ball handler and passer, obviously with his size is a better rebounder, can guard a wider range of players, they are both good shooters, but there is no way cox is a more valuable player to their team. when stepp drives to the basket, with his size he is much harder to defend than cox at 5'10", so all of this talk of cox being better is just not correct. you need to appreciate clark stepp for what he is, and that is a very good all around high school player

Cox is better

Then I tell you what..Cast a poll on this subject and let's see! I bet you all of your points that by the end of this month you will see who knows a basketball player instead of just a scorer..

Cox is by far the best player on JBS's team. If he was any other team we would all see that. JBS is holding him back.

how can you say JBS is holding him back? he is avg. around 17-18 a game, and around 7-9 assists,he has already scored 26 this year, and he had 16 last night, JBS is not holding him back at all, thats the dumbest thing ive ever heard
