Hazard Vs Shelby Valley in WYMT

Well if SV wants respect from everyone, then here is their chance to get it! I'm not saying that Hazard is a top 20 team in the state (doubt that any mountain team is), but they are one of the best we have, so if SV can beat them, then I will consider SV for real! And before anyone says anything, I already know that SV is good, but they haven't proven to me anyway that they are a top team in the mountains yet. This game will put them there if they win it. Look forward to hearing the outcome and may the best team win.

Ill agree with that, If they do beat Hazard they will have another good test the next game against JBS/Pineville....Id say JBS will beat Pineville.....That top bracket has some good teams...Hazard, Shelby Valley, and JBS

You can almost guarrantee an overtime. I say Valley will prove all you naysayers ( who weren't convinced with the Corbin win) that they are the best team in the tournament. I'll take the Wildcats by no more than 3.

I was just listening to the WKCB, they brought up a good point...The Wymt suppost to be seeded and the number 1 team suppost to be playing the number 8 seed...So how in the world is Hazard and Shelby Valley playing each other...There both one of the best teams in it...So if Shelby Valley is the number 1 team in it, I know Hazard isnt an 8 seed?????

The only reason I can come up wit is they ranked these team last season and thought either Hazard was gonna be horrible or Shelby Valley would be Horrible...IDK

hmmm i didn't think either of those teams would be horrible but i just thought they did it to get things started of with one of the best games

I think that would have to many games with teams from the same region. I think they placed them so different regions will be in the first rould games. But that is just a guess.

This tournament has never been seeded. They just randomly select, but make sure teams from the same region do not play each other in the first round.

lol Well not in my Info...Rob Bromley from WKYT says differently...That Hicks is a contender for Mr. Basketball....SV dont have jack compared to HICKS....just get over it...Hicks is better than any player u got...Hes even better himself than your team
